Terms of Service

1. Booking and Reservations

All bookings require a 50% deposit to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event. Bookings are confirmed only after we receive your deposit and send a confirmation email.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made 15 days before the event will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 15 days before the event are non-refundable.

3. Service Requirements

Client is responsible for providing:

• Adequate space for our mobile bar setup (minimum 6x4 feet)
• Appropriate permits if required by venue
• Safe working environment for our staff

4. Alcohol Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who appears intoxicated. We follow all local laws regarding alcohol service. Client is responsible for ensuring all guests are of legal drinking age.

5. Liability

Yaahman Refreshment carries appropriate liability insurance. We are not responsible for damages caused by guests' behavior or venue conditions beyond our control. Client agrees to indemnify us against claims arising from guest misconduct.

6. Changes to Services

We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to services if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will provide comparable alternatives and notify the client promptly.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the federal republic of nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of law.
